$100 Rouge Reward Expired

I redeemed $100 rouge reward and realized it just expired yesterday. I contacted the customer service and they kept telling me that I should have used this within 90 days which is not helpful at all. I did a search and saw a lot of people having the same problem. This is really disappointing that I was never reminded for this expiration date during the whole three months and Sephora was just waiting for this to expire. I feel like my $2,500 was spent for nothing. We should at least have the option to get the points back. I've been a loyal customer and a rouge member for years. This is unacceptable.

Sephora was unfair to me too! Sounds more like a scam to me. They put on the email that the reward expires on December 28. I tried to use the reward on December 28 but, according to Sephora, it had already expired and I should have read terms and conditions instead of following the date on the email. So are they purposely engaging in miscommunication?! I earned my points and now they are just deliberately taking it away? This is a joke.

The same thing happened to me! Except I’ve been calling and all I got was well you gambled with how close you cut it. Which I did not do, as I tried to use it on the day it said it expires and was within 90 days of receiving the email.  

So incredibly disappointed in the customer service I’ve received especially as I’m a rouge and spend well over 1k there each year.  Did this ever get resolved for you?
