$100 Rouge Gift Card Redemption Issue

An error pops up when I try to use my $100 rouge reward - "Your Rouge Reward has been removed because a Gift Card, FLASH Shipping, or international shipment was added to your basket. If you like to use your Rouge Reward please remove this item(s) from your basket and re-enter your code."

 

I am in Canada so I'm not sure why I'm receiving this message. When I follow instruction and go to the Sephora United States website it doesn't allow me to ship it to Canada. 

 

How do I redeem this reward I spent forever saving up my points for? It's a lot of money!
