10% promo code not working

I am a VIB member and signed up to received text messages for 10% off. It says it is only available for select BI members. I have many things in my cart that I want to order, but would like to use discount code. Anyone know how to fix?

The same thing happened to me. I am very disappointed that I signed up for text messages and the code that was texted to me did not work. I’m not going to complete my purchase, I feel like I’ve been duped.
