1 day shipping turned into 5 days??!!

I made a purchase online on the 25th, and selected 1 day shipping. My package isn't set to get here until the 30th!!!! What is going on? The other day I made a purchase with my flash 2-day shipping and it arrived after 4 days!! This kind of thing has been consistently happening to me with Sephora (no other websites have this problem!) What is going on here?! I feel ripped off after paying $10 for shipping that really isn't 2 days!

I’ve experienced the same situation twice!!! Most recently, I placed an order on 4/26 it was later on in the day 8-9 pm. I PAID for 1 day shipping. I figured seeing I placed the order so late in the day it would be considered for the next day, Fri 4/27, which was fine. I’d get my product on Sat 4/28. Not only did I not get my order I also didn’t get a tracking # until this am Mon 4/30!! The same exact situation happened about 6 months ago. I paid for expedited shipping and it took longer than the complimentary 2 day for being a VIB Rogue!!! I’m so tired of Sephora’s lousy shipping and customer service. Almost all shipping companies ship out on Sat. I even get my regular mail on Sat. I will never order online from Sephora again. Beautylish has wonderful online shopping and shipping services. I’ve received my orders from them in 2 days , no extra $$ either. I also have a Macy’s, Nordstrom and an Ulta close by. I’m all set with Sephora in store and online purchases. Plus they really need to up their reward system!!

That's incredibly frustrating.  If you haven't already I recommend posting under the "Customer Service" group or giving the customer service line a call for assistance @Deva1510 @Bernii

Im experiencing the same issue! Customer service confirmed that they recently changed their shipping method and are now using a new company called Lasership, and have received a lot of complaints about delayed shipping. I placed on order on the 20th (with 2-day shipping) and I have yet to receive my package. They’ve tried re-shipping it twice already... ughhh. Good luck!
