1 Day Flash Shipping

I placed an order and paid extra for the 1 day flash shipping so it would be here tomorrow. Delivery estimate was for tomorrow. Your disclaimer says 1 and 2 day flash shipping isn't affected by your delays. If this doesn't make it here in the estimated time frame, are you guys going to refund my extra shipping fee?
