Wavy hair suggestions

Hey loves I need recommendations for my hair. I don’t have curly hair but I do have wavy hair and I am dealing with a lot of hair loss. My hair is thin but definitely would like to have my healthy hair back😩 if you know any products that would help hold my waves and anything for hair growth and strength please let me know! I’m really struggling keeping it healthy without the proper products.

There are allot of products than can help you, if you can't find a dry skin thread you can even ask your question in a post you start yourself. I agree with the recommendation for the Kerastase products below. I had some hair loss a year or s ago, not sure if it was stress related or what, but it was hard. I used the Kerastase Genesis shampoo and conditioner and serum. I also used the Vegamour GRO serum and the HUM Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair™ - Hair Growth Vegan Gummies with Biotin and Folic Acid 60 Vegan berry gummy hearts . I can’t say that any one thing was the difference but I do think they all helped overall and my hair loss did stop after a while, so I wish you good luck and sorry you are dealing with this! @Alexissawh23

Hi, @Alexissawh23.! Have your tried Curlsmith? They have an online quiz that can help you build a routine.

I use:

• Curlsmith Shine Shampoo 12 oz / 355 mL  
• Curlsmith Multi-Tasking Conditoner 
• A curl cream from a brand that’s not sold at Sephora (Prose). 
• Curlsmith Hydro Style Flexible Curl Gel 

Once a week I also use a hydrating hair mask from Shea Moisture that has protein in it (helps strengthen hair). I hope this helps!

A lot of curl products also work on waves, so don’t get too overwhelmed! I don’t use hair oils (like BREAD BEAUTY SUPPLY Hair Oil Everyday Gloss  ), but if you feel that your hair craves it, go for it

Some people use Olaplex No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector for strengthening purposes or take supplements with biotin (like HUM Nutrition Killer Nails® Hair & Nail Strength Supplement with Biotin ). It’s up to you and what you think makes sense for your hair/body!

As of the moment I use shea beauty hair mask and it just feels like it’s weighing my hair down. I haven’t tried the quiz but I definitely will now and see how it goes! Thank you so much for all your suggestions I truly appreciate it❤️
