In need of volume!!!

I’ve always had long hair around my elbows. I got a haircut which is chin length. It looks good somedays but it looks flat on others. I need volume mostly on my scalp. I’m wanting volume, but no frizz. I use amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask 8 oz/ 250 mL once a week should I stop using it? What products or styling methods should I try out?
