Help, my curls are broken

Hello, I currently live in Denver Colorado but am having a hard time finding a combination of hair products that works well on my hair. I have low porosity hair and products just kinda sits on my hair and my curls are a bit broken. How can I correct this and what products do you recommend?

I curl my hair very often and that's why it's in very bad condition.

@GeneApri I found a method that helped my hair and it looks so much more healthy now. What I do is when you are in the shower, apply a generous amount of conditioner and let it sit for a few minutes. I like to detangle every time I take a shower or bath, which is not necessary for all hair types, but it is for mine lol. So I detangle- and this is the most important part. Continue combing or brushing out your hair as you rinse out the conditioner. So basically just keep brushing or combing under the shower head as it runs. As soon as you get out and dry your body off and dry your hair a little bit, add your leave in or hair products while your hair is still very damp and freshly detangled and rake. it. through!! I don't know what exactly your hair looks like or what kind of curls you have, but this really worked for me if it makes any sense at all lmao
