Big Chop

Hey Guys ! I just discovered this part of Sephora , and I need help ! I cut my hair December of 2017 and its grown so much, its so much healthier now, but I've been noticing its been harder for me to maintain. its knotted and tangled a lot more, also hasn't been taking in moisture that well , I don't know what to do.. maybe its what I'm eating ?

Hey Lady try TGIN products and do a porosity test on your hair.
