Hi! I am in the process of upgrading all my products, and for bronzer I am interested at Patrick Ta’s. I currently use the Fenty Matchstick contour in shade Truffle, and I love the colour as it perfectly compliments my tone. However, I find that it just doesn’t last on me, if I’m going out and in a humid environment especially (such as a bar!). What shade in Patrick Ta’s bronzer duo would you say is most similar to Truffle from Fenty? Also, any other recommendations instead of Patrick’s for a good cream and powder bronzer that are a close shade to Truffle, and will last the night? Thanks 🥰

none of the PT bronzer shades are close. They are either warm or cool tone and truffle is neutral tone. Have you looked into PATRICK TA Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo She's So LA ?

That's pretty pink toned, and not really a bronzer @SportyGirly125 , it's an excellent blush, but definitely not a bronzer.  I def would know, because I have it, and I'm medium.

Aside from Lys, what other stick bronzer would you encourage?

First we don’t know what her skin tone is in real life. I have suggested clients that as a bronzer and it worked fine. Everyone’s skin tone is different. What may not work for one person may work for another.

Do you use a face primer, setting powder or setting spray?  It would help your makeup last longer.

But, we both made inferences, BTW, but pointing out a couple of things.  The post was for a similar toned bronzer, while you can contour and bronzer with a blush, Truffle isn't really pink like that.  It's definitely warmer and deeper.  Also, truffle is the medium shade in Fenty, so while @sydjac didn't state skin tone as such, she also selected the medium shade in the Patrick Ta.

One may not work for one doesn't work for others, yes, but again, if you're looking for a medium toned item, there's also usually a lot that doesn't work for you.  Even if your fair, the wrong undertone can look ruddy.  Wholly agree about going in store, though.

I would go in store to swatch, if you can @sydjac .  I remember trying PATRICK TA Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo She's Sculpted and not loving it.  Runs warm for me, and I'm medium/neutral olive.  I would think to go with PATRICK TA Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo She's Chiseled and blend it out.
