Water-Based Concealers and Finishing Sprays for Dry, Sensitive Skin

I'm currently on Accutane, which means my skin is hella dry and dehydrated. As such, makeup has been a struggle, even with an intensely nourishing skincare routine. However, the tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation seems to be a winner! I'd like to find a water-based, medium-to-full coverage concealer and finishing spray which would pair well with the foundation and work on incredibly dry, sensitive skin. Any suggestions?

I've tried the tart Rainforest of the Sea Concealer, but it's very drying and sheer.

Also, the MUFE Mist & Fix and the Mac Prime Fix+ just seem to take away coverage and the Too Faced Hangover Spray causes the foundation to melt into my fine lines.
