Trying to find my perfect foundation match

Guys, 

 

I'm struggling to find my perfect shade. There are so many shades, brands and types (dewy/matte...) to take into account. I'm looking for full-coverage foundation that will cover my dark under-eye circles too, because color correcting is exhausting, but full-coverage foundations are usually heavy. Do you know any makeup brand that sells examples in sachets? Free samples are usually not rich in variety regarding shades. My skin tone is light to medium I guess. I'm not too pale, but I'm not tanned.
