Skin Undertone?

I would like to try out foundation soon but I have no clue what my undertone is. I’ve looked at my veins but I can’t tell if they’re green or blue. I decided to do the silver and gold test and I’m still confused. Any help

Re: Skin Undertone?

@Anonymous   The makeup artist Lisa Eldridge recommended looking at the veins on an area of your body that doesn't receive much sun, like behind the ear or your upper chest (or wherever that place may be.)  You will get a more accurate sense of your vein color and undertone that way.  That little tip has helped me a lot.  But if you're neutral, good for you- you can wear a lot of makeup shades well!

you seem warm toned to me. but not too much.

@Anonymous Just a thought, but if you can't tell if your veins are green or blue, you may be neutral! Personally, I found the silver picture instantly appealing, but that could be because of the lighting or the jewelry. In the shadow, it's hard to tell the true tone of anything.... Sometimes which reds or berry tones suit us better can also hint at undertone -- Blue-based vs. orange-based (cool vs. warm).

@Anonymous gold looks better on you. You look warm toned to me.
