Rare Beauty Foundation

I noticed the foundation was half price for a day, then went back up to full.  I saw a Reddit that it was possibly being reformulated.  Anyone know the deal?  I'd like to see a new, better formula and a pump or squeeze tube packaging.  I could not get this foundation to work consistently for me.  Some days it was amazing, others it looked hideous.  Not sure why, but it's the only product from the line that I didn't care for.
