Oil-based primer for oily skin?

Weird title, I get it. Totally seems counterintuitive. Thing is, I purchased Anastasia Beverly Hills Luminous Foundation 150W a few weeks ago and I’m in freakin’ love with the formula. Unfortunately, every time I apply it with my primer of choice, it goes on patchy. Without primer, I have no issues. I’m pretty sure it’s a primer issue as I normally use Smashbox Photo Finish Oil-Free Foundation Primer Light  or Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer Standard Size - 1 oz/ 30 mL with Smashbox Studio Skin 24 Hour Oil-Free Hydra Foundation 1.1. I have oily skin, so I have zero clue what to do about this.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a primer that would be compatible with oily skin so that I can actually prime before using this stuff? The finish is absolutely beautiful, and I’m not really getting much transfer anywhere, but I AM getting shiny in my T-zone about 4 hours in and if I powder too much it takes away from the luminosity of the finish, which is why I bought it in the first place.

Thanks for the help!
