Odd skin?

So my cheeks are really dry, i had a dermatologist check it before and didnt really tell me anything i already didnt know… I have this weird thing on my cheeks i think its rosacea but it could be either keratosis polaris or eczema (i have/had these two before). on my cheeks are these two patches of normal skin and the rest is bumpy and red all around it 😥. idk what to use for it rn i use this face wash by ultra gentle its the hydrating cleanser creamy formula and it works okay and doesnt burn my skin or make it extra sensitive, i also use a moisturizer just recently its aveeno daily moisturizer positively radiant.. should i use other items? if so what? i have combination skin i think and i also have sensitive skin… please help 😢

I think that you might have a damaged skin barrier, which tends to be caused by using too many active ingredients. I have dealt with similar things while having oily skin. Try using a hydrating serum, such as the First Aid Beauty Hydrating Serum or Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Serum on your driest areas. In addition, using a thick moisturizer like the Skinfix Barrier+ Moisturizer. Hope this helps!
