NEED HELP WITH SHADE

Does anyone know if shade 5.1 of the Armani luminous silk foundation is a bit of a darker or lighter shade? I think I may have gone too dark

It’s hard to say since it technically falls in the medium shade category. If you’re talking in regard to all the shades that foundation offers I’d saying it’s leaning more towards the lighter side purely because of their range. That foundation is so amazing though! Congrats on your purchase. Do you know of any other foundations that match you really well? There is a way to cross reference that with the Armani shades.

Thank you! I’m just hoping it doesn’t come out orange on me it’s hard to tell with the swatches they have pictured because of course the lighting is different but I would say I’m not light enough to do porcelain type shades but I’m not dark enough for medium shades either I don’t think

You did purchase one with neutral undertones so I’m crossing my fingers for you that it won’t pull orange! If it does you might be a better match to 5.0! It says 5.0 is light to medium, also with a neutral undertone. So that might work well if you are feeling in between shade wise. I hope it works out wonderfully for you when you get it in the mail!
