Luminous long lasting foundation

I’m looking for a luminous foundation that will last all day. I get really bad creasing in my smile lines so I don’t want the foundation to settle in there. I usually use Estée Lauder double wear, it’s fantastic but extremely matte. Just looking for a change that will make look nice and dewy. Thanks!

Hey boo! Not sure what your skin type is but depending on that you might want to look into the NARS Natural Radiant Longwear foundation. I have combo skin and it’s my new holy grail foundation. It’s marketed as full coverage but if used with a sponge it can pull as medium coverage. Fair warning though: As the instructions say DO NOT use more than 2 pumps! It’s basically a liquid/cream pigment so too much built on your skin can become too heavy. 2 pumps is more than enough for me to cover my entire face/part way down my neck if needed. Works best when warmed up/spread with your fingers and then worked into the skin with a sponge starting from the center of your face and spreading outwards. Some ingredients include watermelon and grape seed extract so it’s gentle on the skin and it feels weightless and it’s marketed as transfer resistant which I would agree with! I work in the dental field so I wear a mask for the majority of the day and I’d say it holds up well. Make sure you set it though with whatever you normally use for your skin type! If you go in store they can make you a little mini sample for you to try out before you fully commit to buying it. Let me know how it goes if you end up trying it out! Xx

I recommend trying the NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Full Coverage Foundation Punjab - Medium 1. This foundation offers medium to full coverage and leaves the skin with a beautiful radiant finish! It looks amazing throughout the day and is long wearing. 🙂

I like Too Faced's Born this Way. I gives you a happy medium for a natural to radiant finish. Great coverage when you need it, and doesn't seem to crease on many people.

I really love BECCA - Skin Love Weightless Blur Foundation.  It feels so light and just looks so natural.

As for laugh lines, sometimes, I just let them come and touch them up with a powder and good diffusing brush.  Or, I took a tip from Wayne Goss, and use concealer in the laugh lines as opposed to foundation...and then just blend.

Have you tried luminous silk foundation from armani or nars sheer glow? also, I mix my l'oreal infallible luminous skin with my double wear and 3 drops of cover fx custom infusion drops lemongrass (radiance). Hope this helps 🙂
