Looking for a new foundation that’s not matte

Hello, I’m new to this. So here goes I’m looking for new foundations (currently wearing Lancôme 460W suede) and I’m having a hard time finding a shade that’s is not matted or a tinted foundation. Please help I like Pat Magrath. Only read the reviews.

also liquid creams and powder is ok. (Warm/yellow undertone) need help finding primer and a good setting powder and spray 

(use Lisa Waiter-spray milk makeup fenty maybiline urban decay elf L’Oréal tinted serum I know it’s a lot but it’s so over whelming with all the different types of makeup and skincare products I want just a normal routine without having to try everything out there.

and I need help with my skincare products I have used Sunday Riley kiehls Kate Somerville and mellow egg. I need hydration and 
I have dry skin
