LYS foundation or Shiseido Radiant Lifting?

I am currently using Makeup For Ever Reboot foundation in r208. I like it but would a more medium coverage (I prefer application with a sponge). I would prefer something radiant or a bit radiant, but definitely not matte. I have been curious about the LYS foundation and the Shiseido Radiant Lifting foundation. Which one should I try? I have fair skin, neutral undertones and dry to normal skin.

Re: LYS foundation or Shiseido Radiant Lifting?

I tried 2 Shideido products and didnt like them; a sunscreen and a gel by i think one of theyre sub-companies (note that i have combo skin).

I personally would chose and try LYS, but thats just me.

Re: LYS foundation or Shiseido Radiant Lifting?

Thank you for the response. I haven’t tried anything Shiseido, unless you count their eyelash curler. I am struggling to find a shade that might match me in the radiant lifting. Sephora doesn’t show one. On Shiseido website I put in my current two foundations (finishing up Cover FX Natural Finish foundation in P10 also) and get two different recommendations. I think the Cover FX P10 is similar to the MUFE Reboot in R208 but the Rec for Cover FX is 130 opal with us neutral slightly golden and the rec for the MUFE is 140 Porcelain. I don’t understand how that happens since they both have pink undertones. Of course my local Sephora has a ton of other high end foundations (Dior and YSL) but not this one by Shiseido. Oh well. I am really intrigued by the LYS and their shade selection seems a little easier and better. At this point I am leaning toward LYS. Thanks for the input.

@mrsw09 haha the Shiseido curler is also my favorite 😄😄😄

And yes, shade finders are weird, i think brands are lazy for that.
