Finishing powder for foundation

Looking for recommendations on powder to use with Clinique Even Better Refresh Foundation. Not necessarily looking for a setting powder, but one to use over my foundation to even it all out, get rid shine spots and smooth my skin.

I used to use Mac Powder +Foundation over my makeup but i dont think that was the right one to use, even though it made my face look flawless.
