Fenty Foundation & Highlighter 1st Impression

Today I'm wearing the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter Duo for the first time! So here are my impressions of the products so far and I'll update at the end of the night! Foundation: The foundation oxidizes! I cannot stress that enough! It has a 30-60 second dry down time so in that time it will oxidize. If you think you've found the right shade then go one or two shades down, swatch them on your jaw, and wait for it to oxidize before choosing your shade. This foundation is also on the thicker side so a little goes a long way otherwise it'll start to look heavy and cakey. I applied one layer by dotting it around my face and buffing it in with the Sigma F80 and then built up the coverage by stippling on another light layer with the same brush. Medium coverage leaning full but not quite full full coverage in my opinion. Looks beautiful in photos and video and looks good on the skin as well. Highlighter: I have the Duo in the shades Hu$tla Baby/Mean Money. Hu$tla Baby is more intense than Mean Money but they're both beautiful shades. I used a fan brush to applied Hu$tla Baby to the tops of my cheekbones and the same brush to apply Mean Money down the nose and the Cupid's bow. I like that you get two shades depending on how glowy you want to look that day and they both perform beautifully!
