Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-place foundation

Hey Guys! Quick question. My foundation gets like this after wearing it for about 4-6 hours (see photos below). I currently do not wear a primer underneath, I’m not sure if that could be the issue. If so, any primer suggestions that go well with this foundation? Or what do you think could be causing it ?

@KamrieBreann Just to clarify, your foundation begins to get dry and cakey? If so, a primer would defintely help, and honestly I don’t wear ANYTHING without a primer. Even on my no makeup days I prime and powder. That particular foundation does dry down to a powder finish which can look dry of your skin isn’t prepped for it. Would you describe your skin as dry, normal, combo, or oily?

Yes it starts to look cakey after a while . I would say my skin is a combination of dry and oily but more on the dry side. Do you have any recommendations for a primer ?

@KamrieBreann Your skin sounds fairly similar to mine. I have been wearing Too Faced Primed and Peachy and it plays well with every foundation I use. I also like Urban Decay Optical Illusion.
