Dark spots

A few months ago, I started to notice that I had some spots around my chin. They are dark, and I honestly don't know why or what is the origin of these spots. I would like to know if someone can help me find a product to treat them.

That looks like dermatitis, usually caused around the mouth from using products that are too harsh for your skin, like strong vitamin C serums and/or exfoliants.  I know because I've had it, and it has a pretty tell tale look.  You need to see a dermatologist to get a topical cream to address the flare up.  I've used Metrozinadole.  Hope that helps you!
