Color IQ match

Hey guys, I’m trying to find the meaning of my color match iq to better understand my undertone. Does anyone know what light 2, warm 1, intensity 2 means? I’m not sure what I am but I know that I have rosacea so a lot of red/pink tones but I’m also very like warm with a lot of yellow thru the rosacea and redness in my skin. #undertone

@Rayray231 @I have the same color IQ as you. I don’t really think it’s accurate because my skin tends to be more neutral than warm.  Sometimes warm can run too yellow on me. I always end up custom mixing my own foundation shade.  I wouldn’t rely on the suggestions as some of them can be off.

same here! I’m always matched warm, so sometimes I have to add my match manually on the app. Whenever I swatch products that ColorIQ recommends for me they are super orange or yellow!

Hi @Rayray231,

This means that you have Light skin and slight warm undertones! The Light 2 means that your skin is light, but doesn’t run light or dark. On the light spectrum, you’re right in the middle. 
Warm 1 means that you have slight warm undertones. It doesn’t run too warm, and is almost neutral. 
I’m not entirely sure what intensity means, It could be referencing if your skin is more orange or gray, but I’m not sure…
