Cakey makeup :(

Hi!! So I’ve been switching up and starting to add concealer into my makeup routine, and it’s coming out patchy. I moisturize first, then spot conceal in my problem areas with the NARS creamy concealer and blend with a wet beauty blender and then I go in with the fenty beauty setting powder so set it but the finish all flakey and weird. Any tips on how to fix this??

I highly recommend exfoliating your skin so that the makeup doesn't cling to dead skin cells!
