Best Foundation for Photographs

I'm about to get my senior pictures taken, and I wanted to know what everyone's favorite photo-friendly foundations are! Personally, I'm pretty pale, and have dry-combo skin. I just don't want to end up looking like a ghost in my portrait. If you have any other suggestions for the dos-and-do nots of makeup for professional photos please let me know! Thank you in advance.

I highly recommend using Dior Airflash foundation. It offers full, flawless looking coverage. I use Sephora Pro Airbrush for application. It offers a wide variety of shades and works with a wide range of skin types. Everyone who I've recommended it to said they will never go back to another foundation. If you have time before you take your pictures to sample this stuff at a Sephora location I'd highly recommend you do so. I was skeptical cause it's airbrush but wow. you just gotta try it! My friend used it for herself and her wedding party and pictures turned out amazing.

Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation is my favorite for pictures and Josie Maran Argan Oil Foundation!!! It is so pigmented and gives your skin a natural glow! I also heard the Hourglass stick foundation is a good one too.

@makeupgal0519 I go with my HG foundation every time I’m going to be in pictures just because I don’t want to risk using something new that might potentially look bad. My current HG foundation is Estée Lauder Double Wear. I’m not sure how Double Wear wears on dry skin since I have super oily skin but it’s worth getting a sample and giving it a shot!
