Best Foundation For Scars

I have dermatillomania, a skin picking disorder, that heavily affects my legs and certain places on my face. I was wondering if there are any waterproof full cover foundations that could cover my legs, or my face? Thank you!

I have easily scarred skin and a breakout leaves me with lots of dark marks. I use Too Faced Born This Way foundation. It's really opaque and moisturizing so doesn't flake up on dry patches. It can look cakey if you use a bunch of layers and follow with heavy powder, so try starting with a good primer then use color corrector so you can use less foundation. Make sure to see a dermatologist to care for your skin as well, they can help scarring
