Am I neutral, warm, or cool toned?

I’m really not sure what colour my veins are. I have trouble distinguishing between blues and greens, can someone help me out? Here are two photos, one with flash and one without.

@BeccaJanelle Your skintone looks like mine. I’m warm toned but can also wear neutral.  It depends on the brand.
