i don't know how to tell you what my skin tone is because im not quite sure.... is there any way possible i could send a picture to someone there in order to help me with this please

This chart might help.  I personally like match foundation to my neck color so it's easier to blend together.

The general guide is to look at the veins on the inside of your arm, where the blood is blue. If the veins look greenish, you have yellow undertones. If they look purplish, you have pink undertones. If you straight up don't know what I'm talking about, those things are blue, you have neutral undertones. Any employee at Sephora or Ulta should be able to help you with this, though many stores aren't swiping samples during the COVID-19 crisis. Unfortunately, the nature of photographs tends to alter color from real life depending on the lighting, what clothes you're wearing, etc. Literally the color of the paint on your walls could make your skin look different in a photo.
