Very dry skin

Hi all,

For the last 6-12 months I have been suffering from severe dryness in both in the nasolabial fold and small areas through the face. I have try multiples products which seems not to help, I have wasted a lot of money in products that I can not longer continue using. Do you have any recommendations for me to try?

I have tried Sephora brand, clinic, Giorgio Armani, La Rosey Posey, and first aid beauty and none seems to help. I have been using low-dose hydrocortisone cream to soothe the itching and redness but I can not continue using it forever.
