Moisturizer Question

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question about my moisturizer I’ve been using. Does anybody know why if I touch my face it starts coming off? It’s more of a peeling aspect. I am not sure if I just got the wrong moisturizer or I should try something else to make sure I can use it properly.

 

help me please.
