Lasting foundation

I'm looking for a foundation that can actually last more than 4 hours before becoming shiny/oily and having to blot. I also would like full coverage. I'm currently trying Laura Mercier's newest foundation and setting it with her setting powder but it never lasts more than half of my 12 hour shifts. Any recommendations?

The Marc Jacob foundation is amazing for me. Re(Marc)able Foundation. I'd say you're best bet would be to go to Sephora and get a couple samples of different foundations you wanna try because everyone's skin is different and our skin changes usually with the seasons so I can recommend foundations all day but you really need to test them with your skin. I just started using foundation and I found that the the Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet + Mattifying lasts for a good while, has great coverage and matches my skin tone perfectly.

I like estee lauder's doublewear.. last all day for me.. downside is the spf can cause flashbacks at least for me.

Its really good and no longer has SPF in it. I have dry skin but sweat a lot and it doesn't budge on me. I live in AR where it's really humid and hot. Its really good.

I agree with Em Kat Von D is light with great coverage.

I love Kat Von D fondation. I've found it stays on most of the day if not all day even in temperatures above 100. The only touch ups I ever do is a little blotting with the Sephora Collection charcoal blotting papers. I also use the Kat Von D Lock it setting powder and Kat Von D primer.

I just started using my tarte rainforest foundation. I loved it!!! I went shopping under the Florida heat. In and out of stores. Felt some sweat coming down on my forehead, but my make up was still amazing!! I settled my t-zone area bc those are my oily area with Laura mercier setting powder. Still good at the end of the day.

I'm a really big fan of Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation+Concealer and Tarte's Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation. I have oily skin and I set it with a NYX setting powder and I'm good to go for the day.
