Help! Makeup breaking up around chin/nose

Hi all, In the last month or two I’ve been having issues with makeup breaking up around my nose and chin. I have oily/combo skin, but more on the oily side. However recently my skin has looked almost dry and flakey and my makeup starts separating within 4-5 hours after application. Currently I am using Urban Decay all nighter foundation that I apply with beauty blender. Powder I use Bare Minerals mineral veil lightly to set and NO primer at the moment only because I’m not sure if I should stay away from silicone based or not. If anything I apply a thin layer of Ole Henriksen oil control hydrator before. Any tips/tricks? I heard using painterly paint pot from Mac in those areas before foundation helps? Please excuse the photo my makeup has been on almost 10 hours. Please help!! Any product advice would be great!

@Nycgirl11  I would start by using a primer to help your makeup stay on longer. I have a lot of primer favorites but I think my HG primer is currently Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer 0.7 oz/ 20 g It works great with every foundation I use and guarantees that my makeup stays on my face all day. If you haven’t already tried it, I highly recommend you check it out 😉
