Combo Skin Skincare Routine?

Hey everyone! So I recently figured out that my skin is combination skin--the only part of my face that ever breaks out is my nose, and thats the only place where there is every oil. I feel like I'm cloging up my nose with the mosturizer I'm using--its pretty heavy, but the rest of my skin is always pretty tight since I swim alot. 

Always, I wanted to hear from you what your skin care rountine was for combination skin, and if you wanted to, a few words next to each product describing what it was great at doing. 

I really want to find a great mosturizer and sermum for my skin.

I like the belif Hungarian water essence before I put on my moisturizer, fresh lotus youth preserve cream.
