Combo Skin Advice & Recommendations

How do I find TSA-approved skincare & makeup for combo skin? #TIA

Re: Combo Skin Advice & Recommendations

You can pack liquids larger than 3.4 ounces in your checked luggage - so most skincare products could go in there generally.

For your carry-on, make sure to follow the 3-1-1 rule. The 3-1-1 rule states that all liquids must be in a container that is 3.4 ounces or smaller, and all of your carry-on liquids must fit in one clear, quart-sized bag. I usually buy minis of the products I want to bring and most are under the 3.4 oz. You can also buy those refillable containers if you want to put your larger products into smaller containers to bring on a carry on.

@alawn27, I'm just going to buy when I reach my destination.

@missaa8  You should check the TSA prohibited items list to see what types of products they allow in carry-ons and checked bags. Or just ask TSA directly via their social media, chat, or email. Once you know that info, you can just look for products at Sephora (or anywhere else) that meet TSA’s rules.

@WinglessOne, I'll probably just ditch the entire idea and go without.
