I found this list posted on MyBeautyBunny's blog that listed all the brands Sephora carried that are cruelty free. LogicalHarmony's blog also posted an updated 2017 version.

Lilah B. Cosmetics and 100% Pure are vegan.  Many, but not all of the Rouge Bunny Rouge makeup / beauty products are vegan.

100% Pure isn’t all vegan - they have a lot of vegan products though!

Tarte isn’t a vegan line; they just have some vegan options. KVD, Anastasia, and Milk all have lots of vegan options too. Cover FX is the only all vegan line at Sephora that I’m aware of. If you look on the brand websites, they all have lists of their vegan products.
