Rhode skin alternative

Hi everyone! I’ve been using honest skincare for a few years (basically the clean version of cerave ) It’s nothing great but it also doesn’t make my skin react to it. Decided to switch to the Rhode skin routine. I LOVE IT!! But every time I do my skin routine I get a headache. So I think there’s something in it that I’m sensitive to. Does anyone have skincare routine recommendations that are super clean but also effective? Bonus points if they have peptides and are more skin barrier focused like Rhode. Thanks!
