The Natasha Denona Super Glow Highlighter is my absolute favorite for that wet-looking shine. Pricy, but it lasts me forever bc you only need a small amount to achieve your desired look. I also agree with another comment saying that MAC (their Extra Dimension Skinfinish) is a great option. If you’re looking for something less expensive, ColourPop Cosmetics’ Super Shock Highlighters are amazing (Flexitarian is the most blinding). Plus, I love the texture. It feels almost like wet/bouncy gel.

Pat McGrath Labs:  Highlighter + Balm Duo is the BEST wet looking highlighter! You can control the shine, pigment and overall "wetness" of the look since one side is a cream highlighter and one is a clear balm! It's my everyday go-to!

ive been looking for a good one myself. other than the mac one (i haven't tried it), i dont think these recommendations give a wet dewylook. Natasha denona super glow hignlight or if you want a cream product with the same effect nude stcks has a good one as well. Nude from essence is a good affordable one

@snookamz7I'd secont the Benefit cookie and the pink one- both are stunning! Sephora collection highlighters are also great but their shade range is quite limited
