Welcome to the Spring Cheek Challenge!!!  I'm looking for that seasonal refresh.  For the first SPRING Cheek challenge, (I know right.. How is this the first...I couldn't get past IYKYK, "Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking."), I want you to look towards personal moments and icons (person, celebrity, objects) for inspiration.    Look to the Gawds, dahhhhhlings.   And zhuzh it up with an outfit, or hair accessory or anything you think that's relevant.  I've declared this the "year of using my pretty things, " and I'm inviting you to join me!

Happy to see PATRICK TA Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo She Left Me On Red , hoping it'd make an appearance this week.  I love that it's monochrome, you went bold with the blush but it's still balanced.

Sakura Slay🌸🍒

Oh the beautiful Cherry Blossoms in Washington, DC.  I only saw them once. Just coming and going to the airport.  Not enough time to take them all in.  

I went with more than one color, trying to blend bright pink into a deeper pinkish red.  It’s a bit more heavy handed than I expected.  Blending helped, but I could have used a lighter hand.

I used my MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Skin Blush & Glow Longwear Cream Face Palette . Using two of the blush colors, the light pink and the red.  
And I applied Juvia’s Place Blushed Volume 5.  Using the deeper color which is a bright red powder.

And then #YSL MAKE ME BLUSH number 42

I used the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Contour Duo Fair/Medium .

Using the Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki brush and apply the bronzer.

And Sigma F80 Air Flat Kabuki for my cream blushes. Luxie 512 to apply the YSL blush and Wet and Wild’s Cookie Monster angled blush brush to apply the Juvia’s Place blush.  And Unit’s 302 to blend, blend, blend.

Ooouh, that's great that you were able to see them in DC @Cissy63! It's on my list for the next time I'm there during the season. I love the shade you created with the 2 colors - making a note to try it; that MUFE palette is really versatile but I haven't played too much with the blushes, mostly just a wash of one color. I just recently picked up YSL Babydoll (42) as well. Your look is giving me inspiration and encouragement.
