I'll give a few recommendations that will depend on what you're looking for. RMS BEAUTY - Living Luminizer imparts a dewy, glowy look that ends up being almost colorless, so you don't have to worry about shade matching. BECCA - Shimmering Skin Perfector® Pressed Highlighter is popular for a reason; I personally like Moonstone, but Opal is almost universally flattering. The Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders are also worth the price tag. I find that you can get a more natural daytime finish with a brush, or really pump it up with a damp sponge. My absolute favorite was one of their limited edition holiday palettes, but the permanent singles are just as pretty.
