What happened to Ren Clean Skincare?

What happened to Ren Clean Skincare brand? Their "Radiance Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic" has been one of my go to toners for years now & I noticed that the brand is no longer available. As someone in Canada, I can't purchase directly from their website (neither the UK or US shop ship to Canada), so Sephora was the only place I could get their products. Any insight as to whether the brand is coming back or is gone for good?

@KaelaZee  Unilever, the parent company, is closing REN down.  It will no longer be available for sale.  The direct site still has some items, some OOS right now but scheduled to have more supply in a couple of weeks, and Lovely Skin online sells that line.
