givenchy is one of the luxury beauty brands that has a firm place in my heart. my first luxury lipstick (rouge interdit in 'pretty rose') was givenchy, and i treasured it. 

i'm not exactly on top of 'new releases' as such (though of course i'll share here as i stumble upon news), but i wanted to create a space for my fellow Givenchy beauty lovers !

Has anyone tried the Givenchy Teint Couture Cushion Glow? Apparently this is a glossy highlighter in a cushion form. I wouldn't be drawn to this sort of thing necessarily but I heard a favorite blogger rave about it and it looked beautiful on her. Curious if anyone can give any feedback.

I don’t know if anyone also loves Givenchy Acti’mine Color Correcting Primer, but my friend the SA says she thinks it’s getting dc’ed (it’s been pulled from store shelves, at least here). If you also love it... buy a backup during the upcoming sale.

Ok. I had to break down and buy the powder at Barneys. I love the top and thought even though I have a newly opened libre powder, I can place my new lid on it and finish using it, then enjoy my lid on the new ordered container also. This is the thinking of a beauty junkie, but I really do love this lid. Not too many products catch me for their packaging.

Thanks @curlychiquita. This year I haven't been trying to buy everything that is on sale or limited editions, just the ones that really appeal to me. I did buy 2 of the Guerlain $54 lipsticks on sale this week for $27 at Nordstroms, but felt like that was a no brainer buy. Who passes up that kind of sale 😁

LOL @txcatx I had a feeling it was going to be.

They seem to like releasing the same few colours over and over in these LE packages (FV, Rose Dentelle and they'll do a red like Carmin Escarpin)

And once again, Givenchy is going to get me with the LE lipstick packaging! And I like this color. Now if only they would put the pretty packaging on something other than the powder...

I love these too! I only have the Peony one from 2015 and the latest Lunar New Year one, but this one looks great as well...

They're so hard to get here. I never seem to catch them on the .ca site and only one store in my city tends to get them. Not having a .ca item though means I can't check store stock to confirm!
