TOM FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....F*CKING AWFUL

I have just sent the following paragraph in an email to TomFord.com.  This is the 4th email I have sent them in 2 weeks plus 3 phone calls to their "customer service" dept.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PHONE PEOPLE ARE, TO PUT IN WORDS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND, "F*CKING AWFUL." VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. I HAVE SENT 3 PRIOR EMAILS TO YOU IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AT ALL. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHERE AND WHEN I COULD POSSIBLY BUY THE OUT OF STOCK ORCHID SOLEIL LIP COLOR. I WOULD GLADLY BUY IT, DESPITE THE TERRIBLE SERVICE YOU GIVE, SINCE I LOVE THE COLOR AND ALREADY HAVE THE HIGHLIGHTING POWDER THAT GOES WITH IT. PLEASE HAVE THE COURTESY OF AT LEAST REPLYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN, I WILL CERTAINLY POST THIS PARAGRAPH ON SITES WHERE IT GETS A LOT OF NOTICE.

TF Direct is pretty horrible when it comes to customer service. I have only had one successful interaction with them, and several (including a recent one with the Orchid Bloom powder) issues. They have literally no f's to give. I feel like it's 3 people sitting in an office and they are making them answer CS issues with no training or help. It's not their actual job- it's something they are made to do. I tend to buy my TF either here or a department store. If you need to figure out stock, I'd see if you can get in with a SA at a department store, or one of the boutiques. You get a lot more info out of them. Even ones on IG; they respond to DM's. They are commission associates and it's clear the CS people are not.

Yikes.  Given their price point that's pretty shameful.  I hope you find it!

I have had similar problems dealing with direct brands.

I am sorry you are not getting results or even a reply!

When these things happen to me, it only reinforces why I love shopping at Sephora. 

Things don't always go my way - and 'things happen' but Sephora has always provided exceptional customer service when something happens.

I hope you get a resolution soon! ♥♥♥

Thats awful and shameful, considering how upscale they are. Hope you hear from them 🙂
