Thought I'd start a thread just for Viseart since so many of us LOVE them.

I love to encourage a small brand as opposed to a brand where you pay for the name. The eye shadow quality can't be beat!

Saw this on Facebook a while back and thought I'd add it here.

A 12 color Viseart Eyeshadow Palette is $80 USD (before pro discount). Each eyeshadow pan is 2 grams and valued at approx. $6 ($3.00 per gram).

MAC has reduced the price of their single eyeshadows refills from $10 USD to $6 USD each. So 12 colors at the new reduced price would be $72 USD (before pro discount). Add the $8 USD empty palette to store them and we're back to $80 USD.

EXCEPT: Each MAC eyeshadow pan is only 1.3 grams ($4.62 per gram). You're getting only 15.6 grams of product, as opposed to the 24 grams of eyeshadow in the Viseart palette. That's a loss of over 8 grams of product.

FINAL ANALYSIS:
It would cost $119 USD for MAC to duplicate the Viseart palette (24 grams of MAC eyeshadow at $4.62 per gram and $8 for the palette).

The colors in the different marketing photos are so inconsistent; Sephora's pics may the center left color look almost rose gold, but the ones on Trendmood look lighter. I am not sure how I feel about this yet; it appears to be perm, right?

Thanks for posting! and Wow I can't believe it's only $49! Viseart eyeshadows are really some of the best in my opinion they are so creamy and blend amazingly!

I love all of my Viseart palettes and golden, shimmery eyeshadows are sort of an obsession so it's a given that I will want this. Can't wait to get more info and see what's inside!!!

I'm kind of annoyed.  I have a few Viseart palettes.  My first purchase was the Neutral Mattes, and haven't reached for it much because I'm more of a Cool Mattes person.

I decided to try and use the Neutral Mattes and when I opened it, the clear top broke off on both sides.

I can understand this happening to one I opened and closed all the time, but this one has been opened maybe 2 dozen times, max.

Anyone else have a broken case problem?

I would pick Warm Mattes and Sultry Muse or Paris Nudes!

Oooh, @Madeline7, the Dark Mattes is a really excellent palette too. Lots of really pigmented dark colors to add depth to your looks. It would work really well with the the Bijoux or the Paris Nudes. TBH, no matter which ones you pick you'll be happy. And hooked! 😉

I'm a big fan of the bijoux royal too. The colors are so amazingly rich!

Personally... Cool Mattes and Bijoux Royal. Or Bridal Satin. 🙂

@Madeline7   depends what your style is but I would go with the brights and cool mattes I think. Brights for sure. I LOVE that one 😄

Still waiting for another cool palette. I find many colours too warm or too bright for me. Even my Neutral Mattes is warmer than I prefer.

Omg I want the warm matte palette!! @veronika23 I never did take advantage of this deal. Our dollar is doing a bit better so maybe now's my chance. I always forget if there were any duties involved and I know I've asked you like an infinite amount of times LMAO *embarrassing*
