Thanks for this post @lachaton. I was experiencing serious FOMO on Stylishly Merry after seeing someone use it as a lip topper. I didn't think of that the first time I passed on it!

@HawaiianEyes7 Might be worth keeping an eye out! All of the lipsticks were in stock earlier (at least just before I posted, when I placed my order) and all but one eyeshadow were in stock (It's Snowing was OOS when I looked).

My Snow Ball order came in from Ulta today. It took three days even though it originated from two hours away and really had me sweating because the tracking wasn't updating at all. Turns out Ulta had somehow printed the label so off center that only half the label was on there, and USPS managed to deliver my package with only half of my address and half of the tracking number. I'm seriously amazed right now, both at USPS and at how Ulta has invented a new way of sabotaging my orders LOL. I would have cried if this package got lost.

Also, anyone else a little annoyed that the WoG packaging is a rose gold instead of a standard gold like all the other items? After all, it's whisper of gilt, not rose gilt haha. I like my items from the same collection to match. 😧

If anyone in the US is looking for MAC brushes, my local MAC had a ton of face brushes (foundation, blush, contour, highlight (137), powder, etc.), some eye brushes (singles for popular ones yet a number of 215s and 233s, for e.g.), many liner and lip brushes.To inquire/order call 608-232-2400 for MAC inside Macy's in Madison, WI.

@TraceyEB Thanks for the tip!  I called and they said they had several people trying to call in already and they weren't shipping the brushes to people and that they were sold out of the brush I wanted anyway.  LOL

@itscarin Nordstrom will be phasing their MAC brushes into Nordstrom Rack, so you’ll have more opportunities to buy. My order for a MAC 242 that I ordered at 5 AM EST ended up getting cancelled, so I’ll be searching, too. 😕

That's good to know, @ClassicallyFab. I suspect others in my family would pick up a few brushes but I didn't have time to solicit in light of the Snow Ball launch. My MAC counter said they expect to move to synthetic brushes sometime in January.

 @TraceyEB. The Snow Ball brushes *are* made with their new synthetic blend bristles, which I hear is incredibly soft. I kind of want to go and touch some. Yeah, MAC brushes are going all synthetic- I dig that news! Kinder, AND easier to maintain.

Very interesting about the brushes in the sets being the new synthetic. I saw a few MAC brushes at Nordstrom Rack a few months ago. While I tend to prefer natural brushes, I do enjoy having a mix of natural and synthetic and reach for both depending on what I'm using.

All this week I was looking forward to go to Macy's and pickup some new brushes and then this morning husband takes the car with the baby's car seat in it an goes off to work🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm sure there is no point going in this afternoon everything will be sold out by then. 😭😭 At least I was able to order 4 online so not a complete fail🙄

I picked out a beginning assortment for my teenage niece and a few for me (for small eyes/travel). I was researching brushes and began adding the first few to my cart when I saw brushes *fly* off the shelves. I think cart's were readied ahead of time.
