So they were ok to put it on hold even though it hasnt launched in store? Thats very nice of them..the ones around me it depends who answers coz most say its LE and cant hold items..i wanted to pay cash lol coz i did enough damage on the ol cc this month so this was gona be under the radar  lol lol..the addiction is real haha.. 

Edit: called a couple near me and they said nope no holds or preorders its first come first serve even if they buy the whole lot first thing in the morning. Bah. Oh well ill call around at the bay ones now.

Oh that sucks! Umm what if you call Nordstrom can they still ship them over to you? (I don't know how it works with them)... Or are they OOS too?!

I'm not sure, but if you call one up you could see if they ship to you in Toronto. I know I asked once about how it works if I can't get to their location and they told me they ship I believe- just don't know if they do between the provinces..

The Vancouver Nordstrom ships for free. Haven't dealt with the others, and I don't know if it has MAC... but I had a good experience with Van.

Thanks ladies.. i found a mac inside thebay not far from me that was willing to do a preorder or i could put it on hold of i called first thing in the morning..so ill make sure to call them as soon as they open and if they decide not to hold it ill just give them my cc. I hope i get one tomorrow!

I'm surprised by how much I like this! I like that the packaging is so different from MAC's usual stuff.

For those of you that receive Evening Rendezvouz, I would be very appreciative if someone provided comparisons! I'm on the fence about it, but don't want to wait too long in case it sells out.

FYI, Swatch And Review has comparisons of ER to various MAC lipstick in one post, and to LLL#10 in the comments to her post about Oh, Darling.

I feel that her photos are not color accurate. They all look reddish purple to me. Bite 010 is definitely more blue-toned to me in person.

Inum: I get Evening Rendezvous tomorrow. If no one posts comparisons, I'll do a comparison swatch with Barberry and 010 for you 🙂
