Super excited for this collection but I just received an email from UPS that there are C$57.77 duties and taxes due on my Sephora package and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Now I am torn what to do @TeamBIC
Is anyone else from Canada hit by duties? Are you paying or refusing the package?

The UPS deliverer just left, they ( UPS ) wanted me to pay 60.00 $ in fees, I refused and mentioned that Sephora was supposed to clarify the situation. This never happened before when I previously received gratis from @TeamBIC . Iโm hopeful that this will be clarified as soon as possible ๐ค.
Oh no @keana1! You are correct, this hasnโt happened before (or at least in quite a long time!) and it was an error from our kitting partner. This is not the experience we want for our beloved Community members and we have been actively working with our kitter as soon as the first person alerted us to the issue. Please keep an eye on your PMs as we continue to get updated information and share it with our Canadian Community members.
I was hit with a pricy duties charge as well so I wonโt be accepting the box. I was surprised since previously no gratis boxes have come with charges. @TeamBIC

Really? Iโve had one has high as 150$ and I think another almost $200. Sephora did reimburse me for one though before they made the change to cover duties costs. Good people at Sephora.
I got the same notification and UPS keeps harassing me with phone calls. I sent @TeamBIC a PM however Iโm not going to pay it.

@GG84 Yes I also got call from UPS to pay up the balance.
