This is a thread dedicated to all things Louboutin! Lipsticks, nail polish, perfume, shoes... truly Head to Toe Brand Loyal!

Sephora carried Louboutin's 2016 fragrance offerings (Bikini Questa Sera, Tornado Blonde, Trouble in Heaven) but I don't know if they'll ever have LoubiWorld offerings, but here's hoping! I picked up Loubicharme from Bergdorf Goodman and Loubiprince from Saks, and both smell as luxe as you could imagine! 

I also have the Velvet Matte Lip Colour in Rouge Louboutin Christian Louboutin Velvet Matte Lip Colour Rouge Louboutin  which is a stunning and surprisingly comfortable matte red that goes  perfectly with a pair of red bottoms!

Lastly, I own a few pairs of Louboutin heels: So Kates 120 in Black Patent, So Kates 120 in Nude Patent, and Pigalle Follies 100 in Black Patent. Sadly they have been languishing in the closet these last couple of years, but with graduations and weddings on the horizon I think they'll be put to good use soon!

@LCResz Gorgeous collection!! I aspire to have a pair of Louboutin’s one day. I’ve always told myself I’d save on a wedding dress and splurge on a pair of Louboutin’s instead!

@alexasteph My car is ancient, my clothes are all bought at TJ Maxx or at the outlet mall, and I finally upgraded my old iPhone SE (1st gen) to the new SE because the battery had gone kaput. All of this is to say that when I do splurge I have particular tastes: perfumes and shoes! So go for it alexasteph!

Loubiworld Loubiprince is a sandalwood based perfume, with a distinct herbaceous, rather medical opening thanks to the cistus top note. Although citrus is also supposed to show up early to the party, I don’t detect it on my skin. The base of amber and tanka bean make the overall impression feminine and sweet, a real pussycat under the opening lion’s roar of santal opulence. The wearer isn’t a prince nor is she looking for one, she’s already wearing all the prince she needs, tyvm. 

I can imagine the set of many 80s era nighttime soap operas smelling exactly like this, femme fatales under giant shoulder pads and plunging necklines oozing sex appeal and hiding tender hearts, swoon!

The bottle itself is a ruby red jewel, with a crazy, heavy cap that is so cheeky I can’t help but smile at it. Yup, the “snake” head is actually a red bottom, poised to strike! 🤭
