postpartum hair fall - need help

hi everyone, can anyone please suggest something to stop my hair fall plus anything which increase the volume 😥

Totally normal between one and three months after giving birth to loose hair. During pregnancy you have high levels of estrogen and progesterone which causes your hair to remain in an on going growth stage. Then when your hormones level out ( a few months after you deliver) you hair remains in the resting stage before it falls out and new growth appears.By six months the hair loss should slow to your pre-pregnancy amount make sure you have a healthy diet with plenty of protein:)

I'm sorry to hear about your hair issues @anjjali. I am also dealing with major hair loss. Lately, I have been taking the Ouai Hair Supplements for Thinning Hair for 2 months and using the Full Length Density Elixir and Scalp Stimulating Booster from Curlsmith for the past month. I am starting to see growth in my bald spots. Also, there is less shedding when I wash my hair.
